Please note that the statutory cancellation period is generally 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. You are not required to use this online form—you may still submit your cancellation to us by any other means (e.g., by email or mail).

What happens after you submit the form? As soon as you click “Confirm Cancellation,” your notice of cancellation will be submitted to us and will be legally binding. You will immediately receive electronic confirmation (via email) that your cancellation has been received. This confirmation will include all the details of your notice, as well as the exact date and time of receipt.
