This booklet, entitled Christmas Concert, contains three longer fantasies that can be played not only as a performance in the family, but especially as part of an Advent or Christmas concert, as they have a distinct performance character. My idea was to use short passages from well-known Christmas songs to further develop them musically in a Christmas-concert style, so that the players and the listeners can indulge in the Christmas spirit. There are some well-known Christmas songs “hidden” in every fantasy, that can make the audience guess. There are also numerous musical parameters such as changes in time, tempo and differences in dynamics, which give the player a lot of creative freedom.
